Sandy soil clogs nozzles. Sun cracks fittings. Pressure drifts. We catch all of it before your lawn shows the damage.

Most service visits scheduled within 24–48 hours — not weeks.
Every zone run, every head checked, every setting confirmed.
We run each zone and watch it work. Heads that have sunk, tilted, or stopped rotating get reset. Clogged nozzles get cleared or swapped. Broken risers, leaking seals, and spray hitting the driveway instead of the grass all get corrected on the spot.
Then we check the parts you cannot see. Valve operation, wiring connections, pressure at the zone, and controller run times. Before we leave, the schedule is confirmed against your assigned watering day and you get a short note on what was done.
Palm Coast allows watering one day a week. If a zone fails on Tuesday, your lawn waits until the next Saturday. Regular sprinkler maintenance is what keeps that one day from being wasted.
Irrigation is the only thing we do. Sand works its way into nozzles, sun turns poly brittle, and mowers clip risers every season. We have been servicing systems here since 2015, so we know what fails first and what to check before it does.
Pressure does not stay where it started. Municipal supply changes, a partly closed valve creeps, a small leak develops underground. Run heads above their rated range and the spray turns to mist that blows away. Run them under it and the far edge of the zone never gets covered. We take a reading at each zone during service and correct what has moved.
The only way to find a bad head is to stand there while the zone runs. We watch each one through a full cycle, looking for weak spray, blocked arcs, misting, and heads that never pop up. A controller cannot report any of that.
Run times drift after power cuts, battery failures, and well-meaning adjustments. We check the program against your assigned watering day and the allowed hours, then set run times to match the season instead of leaving winter settings running in July.
A rain sensor that stopped working still looks fine on the wall. We trip it manually to confirm the system actually shuts down, check the battery on wireless units, and clear any debris sitting in the collection cup.
Irrigation is the only thing we do. No mowing, no landscaping, no side jobs. Your service visit is the job we came for, not something squeezed in at the end of a mowing route.
Since 2015 we have serviced systems across Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and Bunnell — 930+ properties, rated 4.5★ by the people who live here.
What that looks like on a service visit:
Twice a year for most Palm Coast properties — once in spring before heavy use and once in autumn. Systems on well water or with heavy tree cover usually need quarterly visits because sand and debris clog nozzles faster.
Running every zone, resetting sunken or tilted heads, clearing clogged nozzles, checking pressure at each zone, testing valves and wiring, confirming the rain sensor works, and setting controller run times to your assigned watering day.
A standard service visit for a residential system generally runs $95 to $175 depending on zone count. Parts are quoted separately and approved before we fit anything.
Dry patches, soggy corners, heads that mist instead of spray, a zone that will not start, or a water bill that jumped with no schedule change. Any one of those means something has shifted.
You can clear obvious debris and straighten heads. Pressure readings, valve testing, and wiring faults need tools and a meter, and a missed underground leak costs far more than the visit would have.
Yes. Scheduled visits are booked ahead at a set per-visit rate, so nothing gets forgotten between seasons and you are not calling during the spring rush.
